Description
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to children with a variety of communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy challenges, auditory processing difficulties, and hearing loss. The SLP will collaborate closely with audiologists, educators, families, Listening and Spoken Language mentors, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans that support communication, learning, and overall development.
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, literacy, and communication evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to pediatric clients.
- Educate and empower families through coaching and home-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and family-centered clinical environment
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:

- Is creative, energetic, and child-centered in their approach to therapy.
- Has their Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Has a current Kentucky Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility.
