We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in an Outpatient Rehabilitation setting. The SLP will work with both pediatric and adult patients to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Setting: Outpatient Rehab
• Patient Population: Pediatric and adult
• Additional Coverage:
  • Weekend and holiday coverage in acute care or IPR may be required (~ every 4th weekend)
  • Candidates without acute/IPR experience will not be assigned to those settings

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Treat both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

• Required: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Required: Active SLP license in state of practice or ability to obtain
• Preferred: Experience with pediatric and adult populations
